Be Strong & Trust in the Lord. Although you are facing adversity you will perservere.I can't offer you any financial help due to my own situation, but my words hopefully are uplifting to your heart. God takes us through so many obstacles, circumstances and tribulations to make us understand that man fails every time, but God will never fail. Everything that happen in our lives are for His Glory. First and foremost you and your children can have better life because, you are young and you still have time to set goals and keep them. I also was a teenage mother so I can honestly say "I know what you are going through. It's hard raising children, because the kids become a top priority and everything else is second. I am a 35yr old mother of 4 boys and each one have their own personality. I dropped out of school because at the time I felt that it was a nessesity for me to get a job since my children were none other than my own responsibility. I have been employed on my job now for 14 years, although I am temporarily off due to an injury, I recently went back to school to get my GED and I am enrolled with the University of Florida and I take classes online for a bail bondsman course. And through all adversity "I will perservere." I have Faith in God and you to should Trust in Him and have Faith. With God on your side you will never fail. First of all you must understand that the obstacles you face are a test. Everything that happen in your life are for a purpose. Stop blaming yourself. The same dreams that you had, you can still have them it just may take you a little longer to make it happen. Do not give up on the goals that you have set for yourself. Your children already know that you are a great father you don't have to prove this again. Just pray and trust in God that He will direct your path. I use to always think that my situation was worse, but there was somebody else going through something that is worse than mine. Believe that you will overcome and you will!
First of all I sympathize to your situations.The power is in the tongue and you need to speak things in existence. You must continue to have faith & trust in God that he can bring you up out of any obstacle you face. My Lights were turned off the other day for $52.39 and I wrote a bad check after my children and I were in the dark for two days. One thing is for certain and that is ,things can not be any worse and the outcome is sweet. Have faith and trust and believe that God is the source of all your needs. I'm not the best mother in the world, but I don't want my children to grow up and be a menace to society. I want them to suceed and be productive so that when they have a family of their own they will be able to maintain and if i'm wrong for that then I apologize.I love them so much and I only want what is best for them. I have been trying to get help from many agencies, but everyone has an excuse why they can not help me or tell me that I do not meet the criteria. I go to the doctor constantly and he does not know when I will be able to return to work, so I'm out of work for now and my bills are due soon. Please continue to pray for my situation, because I need it.
In desperate need of help! For the past two years I have been having problems out of my now 14yr old son. My older son was shot five times because, my 14yr old had a charlie horse and kicked dirt on a young man's pants while they were at a park. Since then he has been acting out. I have have went above and beyond trying to get help and conseling for him. He was on the honor role and started receiving failing grades because he refused to gto school. I have went as far as filing an ungovernable petition to have him court ordered to go to school, stay from certain places and so-called friends. As a mother of four young men I try to be firm, but fair. My requirements of my children are simple, go to school, keep your room clean, don't use drugs and Be a Something and Somebody instead of a Nothing and Nobody! On March 04, 2008 my 14 year old son was home after refusing to go to school. I then questioned him about being home once again. He then started yelling at me, saying that "he hate me", and telling me that "he will Knock me out"! I threw a paint brush at him and he balled up his fist and said that, "he will knock me out".After being threatned by my on child I called 911 and I waited on the police.Once the police arrived one of the officers said that , "as a mother you have every right to discipline your children especially if they are rude and disrespectful". The officers then left and a female officer returned to tell me that she was training the other officer and he was wrong and that "I did not have a right to discipline". I was on the phone with my mother and I was telling her what the officer said. I explained to her that I work everyday and that My Children Must Abide By The Rules. She then told me to hang up the phone, but she never read me my rights or told me that she was placing me under arrest. I told her that "I did not do anything wrong". She then grabbed my arm and yelled for another officer, he came in and stomped on my foot and slapped me on my neck pulling me down the stairs. After falling down the stairs I was told if I did not put my hands behind my back they was going to taser me. They took me to the police station, although they never read me my rights. I told them that I needed medical care because I had no feeling in my toes and they were bleeding. I was taken to the hospital, once examined I had to get stitches in one of my toes and the other one was broken. I was then taken to PBSO Jail and booked on domestic battery on my son who was very disrespectful to me. Now I am on a leave from my job, because once release I was seen by two other doctors who refused to let me work due to foot, shoulder and lower back injuries I sustained from the Officers using excessive force. All I want to do is be the best mother to my children. It's so much crime and gang activity where we live and I don't want my kids to become apart of that. I am in need of some financial help or resources. It's funny how the public assistance office work. They will rather help people who depend on the system and who don't work, but when a working person who is down on their luck needs help they take you through a whole bunch of red tape to get approved. I am praying for you and everyone who is in a situation as we are.
